βπ Thanks again INSEAD Executive Education for this interesting webinar with Rotem Alaluf. Thanks Peter Zemsky to lead the session. It was too short though.
π‘ My takeaway is that AI combined with human intervention does not always outperform AI operating independently. In some cases, full automation can deliver better results than a hybrid approach. As for the future, while we already know that AI will reshape every level of society, the real challenge is predicting the timing of this transformation.
β
For organisations, my conclusion is that preparing for an AI-driven reality is not just about adopting new techniques, but requires a holistic approach. Beyond managing process change, it means equipping each individual with the tools, training and mindset to work effectively with AI. This change inevitably raises concerns that need to be addressed proactively. This is not just a way to reduce costs, but also to seize opportunities. Organisations need to start thinking collectively today about how AI can improve their operations, even if it means redefining everyone's roles and developing everyone's skills to maximise the overall impact and not undermine societal wellbeing.
β One key question remains:How do you all see trust mechanisms evolving in autonomous organisations powered by agential AI? What role do decentralised governance models (e.g. DAOs, smart contracts) play in ensuring alignment between AI agents and human stakeholders?
