Executive coach and founder of Oneiri, a company specialising in the operational and sustainable transformation of SMEs as part of their BCorp certification process. The scope of Oneiri's scope of intervention covers the key areas and key performance indicators of this transformation, such as finance, human resources, technology, marketing and communications, and sales for SMEs.

I have over 20 years' experience in the communications sector as a producer, head of communications, consultant and mentor for a wide range of clients and projects in different industries and markets.

I am passionate about helping leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their professional goals, better manage their transitions and meet the challenges of making a positive impact on society and the environment.

Having also worked for several years in the audiovisual and cultural sector, I am well aware of the needs and challenges of an environment that doesn't traditionally make use of executive coaching (producers, production managers). Nevertheless, it helps to improve management, teamwork and process efficiency.

My mentoring and coaching commitments include: In 2021, I mentored the first cohort of Créatis' Source programme for women entrepreneurs in the media and culture sector. In 2023, I contributed as a coach to the WeBuildChange programme, which supports award-winners in the film industry. In 2024, I am part of the team for Maison Mère 's Mères program, providing support to entrepreneurial mothers in France.

I have completed the IECL levels 1 and 2, which are internationally recognized standards for coaching excellence, and I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Hiring a certified executive coach offers credibility, expertise, personalized guidance, professional standards, unbiased feedback, strategic support, improved performance, career advancement, and long-term personal growth compared to a non-certified coach.

I also took executive education courses at INSEAD and MIT, focusing on social entrepreneurship, negotiation, and blockchain technologies.
I'm pretty convinced that the intersection of technological innovation and humanistic values is the key to creating a more sustainable and inclusive future.

What is the difference with mentoring?
Mentoring takes a broader view and focuses on long-term personal and professional development, often over several years. It offers in-depth support, blending life and career to foster a complete development path.
Executive coaching, on the other hand, focuses on improving leadership skills and performance and aims to achieve rapid career progression within three to six months through regular, structured sessions as part of an overall process. This goal-oriented approach uses a variety of tools to unlock your potential and foster solutions of your own making. It's a transformative journey that delivers actionable, measurable insights and overcomes professional obstacles.
